Spring cleanup on the Mass Central Rail Trail

 

             

 

               

Mass Central Spring trail cleanup time. Greenways volunteers came out on April 17, 2004 to clear leaves for water runoff along the rail trail.

About forteen  Americorps volunteers came to Holden on April 30, 2004 to help set up the granite sign posts at the Springdale Mill site next to the Mass Central Rail Trail. (Above) the group was treated to a pot luck dinner at the First Baptist Church in Holden. Many in the group were new trainees that came along to offer their services.
